Authenticated code execution via oversized SSID input

Buffer overflow in setWizardCfg in TOTOLINK T8 4.1.5cu.861_B20230220 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code. The handler copies the user-controlled ssid5g value from a JSON POST request into a fixed-size buffer without an effective bounds check. A valid SESSION_ID cookie is required to reach cstecgi.cgi; an oversized value can corrupt memory, crash the router, or execute code.
