Unauthenticated endpoint access via encoded path traversal

Authentication bypass in Rebuild 3.7.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to access protected web endpoints via encoded path traversal. RebuildWebInterceptor.preHandle checks the undecoded request URI for a /user/ substring and returns before authentication, while encoded dot segments are normalized later into a protected route. Exploitation requires a non-empty server.servlet.context-path; the published proof of concept reads the IP-location endpoint and changes the HomeURL setting without credentials.
