Arbitrary file upload in SourceCodester Best House Rental Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to write files via account updates. The update_account() function in rental/admin_class.php accepts an arbitrary uploaded file, but public records do not disclose the destination path or missing validation. The interface is network-reachable without authentication, while execution of uploaded content and downstream compromise have not been publicly demonstrated.
