Privilege escalation via lead template injection
Published Sep 27, 2024 · Updated Sep 27, 2024
Client-side template injection in Webkul Software Krayin CRM 1.3.0 allows remote attackers to gain elevated CRM permissions. The lead creation path accepts attacker-supplied template syntax that is later interpreted as executable client-side template code rather than neutralized. Exploitation requires user interaction to execute the injected payload; the public disclosure does not identify the affected lead field or rendering function.
