Stored XSS via unsanitized SVG uploads

Stored XSS in Optimole WordPress Plugin 3.12.10 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through SVG uploads. The allow_meme_types function permits image/svg+xml uploads without sanitizing active SVG content or escaping it before page output. Contributor-level access is sufficient, and the script runs in a visitor's browser when a page containing the uploaded SVG is opened.
