Unauthenticated phishing redirects via Basic Authentication syntax

Open redirect in Public Knowledge Project PKP Web Application Library 3.4.0-7 and earlier allows remote attackers to redirect users via logout links. The logout handler passes the source parameter into redirect processing after URL checks that HTTP Basic Authentication syntax can bypass. No authentication is required, but a user must follow the crafted link; the external redirect can lend a trusted PKP origin to phishing.
