Unauthenticated password guessing via concurrent login race

Authentication bypass in Keycloak 24.0.3 allows remote attackers to exceed configured failed-login limits through parallel requests. The keycloak-services authentication path checks lockout status before asynchronous failure recording completes, so simultaneous attempts for one account pass the same pre-lock check. Brute Force Protection must be enabled; exploitation increases password or OTP guesses and grants account access only if a submitted credential is correct.
