Authenticated command execution via DNS credential shell interpolation

Command injection in Nginx Proxy Manager 2.11.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands through a DNS certificate request. requestLetsEncryptSslWithDnsChallenge wraps DNS provider credentials in an echo command and passes the resulting string to a shell, so embedded shell syntax is evaluated. Reachability requires an authenticated account allowed to add a Let's Encrypt certificate; successful exploitation runs commands in the application container.
