Stored script execution via unfiltered product names
Published Sep 23, 2024 · Updated Sep 23, 2024
Stored XSS in jaychouchannel Dairy Farm Shop Management System 1.1 allows attackers to execute scripts in another user's browser. The add-product.php and edit-product.php handlers accept the pname field without neutralizing script markup, store it, and emit it on the product-list page. The attacker needs access to product creation or editing, and the payload runs when another user opens the product list, enabling actions in that user's application session.
