Unauthenticated account takeover via unchecked decryption failure

Authentication bypass in AppPresser Mobile App Framework 4.3.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to access existing user accounts. The decrypt_value and doCookieAuth functions fail to reject the missing-encryption condition and continue API cookie authentication without OpenSSL. Exploitation requires a server without the PHP OpenSSL extension and an account that previously used the plugin API; takeover carries that account's privileges.
