Stored XSS via unsanitized messages
Published Oct 1, 2024 · Updated Oct 1, 2024
Stored cross-site scripting in NetMake Scriptcase 9.10.023 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run scripts in another user's browser. The messages feature stores an authenticated user's malicious payload, then renders it in recipients' account views without adequate neutralization. A regular account can target administrators, but execution requires a recipient to interact with the affected view and is limited to data and actions available to that session.
