Browser script execution via unescaped project description
Published Oct 1, 2024 · Updated Oct 1, 2024
Cross-site scripting in NetMake Scriptcase 9.10.023 and earlier allows remote attackers to run script in a user's browser. The proj_new.php endpoint places the Descricao parameter into its HTML response without neutralizing script-capable input. Exploitation requires a user to open a crafted request, after which the injected script can read or modify data available to that user's Scriptcase session.
