Utility crash via unchecked color-map index

Heap buffer overflow in GIFLIB project giflib 5.2.2 allows remote attackers to crash gif2rgb by supplying a crafted GIF file. DumpScreen2RGB uses each decoded pixel value as an index into ColorMap->Colors without checking that it is below ColorCount. Processing malformed input in the default three-file output mode reaches the invalid palette read and terminates the utility; single-file mode does not reach this code path.
