Stack-based buffer overflow in MZ Automation LibIEC61850 before 1.6.0 allows remote attackers to execute code via an MMS response. The mmsClient_parseIdentifyResponse function copies attacker-controlled vendor, model, and revision lengths into fixed-size stack buffers without enforcing their capacities. Exploitation requires an application using the MMS client to connect to an attacker-controlled server; successful corruption can crash the process or execute code.
