Server code execution via finetune model deserialization

Deserialization in MindsDB 23.10.2.0 and later allows remote authenticated users to execute code by finetuning an uploaded in-house model. The BYOM finetune path retrieves the model state from storage and passes it to pickle.loads before invoking the model's finetune method. Exploitation requires low-privileged access to upload the crafted model and user interaction to trigger finetuning; successful execution inherits the server process's permissions.
