Cloud metadata disclosure via incomplete SSRF denylist

SSRF in Mattermost 9.5.0 through 9.5.8 allows remote authenticated users to access cloud metadata through crafted server-side requests. The outbound-request SSRF denylist omits Oracle Cloud and Alibaba metadata endpoints, so requests to those addresses are not blocked. Exploitation requires deployment in either cloud and low-privileged authenticated access; the published impact is limited to reading metadata-reachable information.
