Callsign disclosure via missing message-field encryption

Cleartext transmission in goTenna Pro ATAK Plugin 1.9.12 and earlier allows physically proximate attackers to read callsigns. The plugin omits callsign encryption when constructing messages even during encrypted operation, leaving that field exposed while other message content is protected. Exploitation requires access to nearby radio traffic and exposes callsign metadata that can reveal a user's location, team size, or team name.
