Local system crash via DMA cleanup interrupt race

NULL pointer dereference in affected Linux kernels allows local users to crash the system during I3C HCI DMA bus cleanup. The cleanup sequence clears io_data before ring interrupts are masked, allowing a late RING_OP_STAT interrupt to make hci_dma_irq_handler() dereference it. The race requires local low-privileged access and a host using the MIPI I3C HCI driver in DMA mode; the bounded impact is loss of availability.
