Stored XSS in Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud Platform allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript through Scheduled Views. Splunk has not disclosed which Scheduled Views field accepts the payload or where its output reaches a browser without adequate neutralization. A low-privileged account without the admin or power role can store the payload, but another user must view the affected content in Splunk Web for browser-context execution.
