Authorization-token prediction via UUIDv1 generation

Inadequate token generation in Apache Answer 1.4.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to predict authorization tokens. The GenerateToken function in internal/service/content uses time-based UUIDv1 values instead of cryptographically random identifiers, making its output guessable. A highly privileged remote user must induce another user to act; successful prediction enables use of that user's authorization token, with no reported data modification or service interruption.
