Remote MCI interruption via oversized requests

Resource exhaustion in affected IBM Safer Payments 6.4, 6.5, and 6.6 releases allows remote attackers to interrupt MCI with oversized requests. The Message Command Interface accepts arbitrarily large requests without resource-allocation limits, leading to uncontrolled memory allocation and buffer overflow. Network access to an enabled MCI endpoint is sufficient; exploitation interrupts transaction processing without reported data disclosure or modification.
