Arbitrary file disclosure via dot-dot path traversal

Path traversal in the MXAPIASSET API in IBM Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.3 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary files. The API accepts URL paths containing dot-dot sequences and resolves them outside the intended directory without adequately restricting traversal. Low-privileged network access to the API is required, and exploitation exposes file contents without changing or deleting them.
