Unverified password change in IBM Security Verify Access 10.0.0 through 10.0.8 allows remote attackers to reset expired users' passwords. IBM has not disclosed which WebSEAL password-change handler omits verification of the existing password or another authenticator. The flaw also affects the Container edition and is reachable only with IBM Security Directory Server and an expired target account.
