Stored XSS via cross-account private RSS feed

Stored XSS in GLPI 0.84 through 10.0.16 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser via an RSS feed. RSSFeed.php accepts a private feed assigned to a different account and stores attacker-controlled content that is rendered without safe neutralization. A low-privileged account must create the feed and another user must view it; executed script can read data available in that user's session.
