Arbitrary HTTP requests via unsanitized header values

CRLF injection in Pluto 0.9.0 through 0.9.4 allows attackers to send arbitrary HTTP requests through crafted header values. The http.request implementation in src/lhttplib.cpp passed each header-table value to hr.setHeader without rejecting carriage-return or line-feed bytes, allowing injected data to alter the request. Reachability requires a Pluto script to place attacker-controlled data in an HTTP header value; the resulting request can reuse authentication tokens stored in the same header table.
