Unauthenticated credential disclosure via cached auth response

Sensitive-data exposure in Directus 10.13.2 and earlier and 11.0.0 through 11.0.2 allows remote attackers to read another user's credentials. The respond middleware caches GET responses from OpenID and OAuth2 callback endpoints, so a later unauthenticated request receives the prior user's access token. Exposure requires enabled response caching, configured OpenID or OAuth2, and a successful login through a callback URL without a redirect query parameter.
