Unauthenticated page-history disclosure via missing authorization

Missing authorization in the XWiki Platform REST API allows remote attackers to read private page-history metadata without credentials. PageHistoryResourceImpl and PageTranslationHistoryResourceImpl returned history without checking the caller's VIEW right on the referenced document. An attacker must know a page name; exposure is limited to modification times, versions, author identities, and version comments rather than page content.
