Information disclosure via nonconforming RTCP packet

Buffer over-read in Qualcomm Snapdragon Data Network Stack & Connectivity allows remote attackers to disclose information via crafted RTCP packets. The component reads beyond the supplied RTCP packet buffer when processing nonconforming input, after which the device resets. A remote party able to send RTCP traffic into an active video call needs no privileges or user interaction; impact is limited to information disclosure and a device reset.
