Cross-user script execution via unsanitized fullname
Published Sep 2, 2024 · Updated Sep 3, 2024
Stored XSS in CodeAstro Membership Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to run script in another user's browser. The add_members.php handler stores the fullname form value without sufficient sanitization, and member-detail rendering executes injected HTML and JavaScript. Low-privileged access is required to submit a crafted member record, and a different user must view that record before browser session data can be read or page actions performed.
