Logout CSRF via unescaped project titles

HTML injection in REDCap 14.7.0 allows remote attackers to trigger logout requests or place phishing links through a crafted project title. The New Project action accepts markup in the project-title field and later renders that title without neutralizing HTML elements. Exploitation requires a victim to encounter the rendered title; injected markup can terminate the victim's session or direct the victim to an external phishing site.
