Authenticated bookmark owner disclosure via missing authorization

Incorrect authorization in MISP 2.4.196 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read bookmark owner data through shared bookmarks. The index and view actions in app/Controller/BookmarksController.php returned associated User records without a permission check; the patch adds mayViewUser and removes those records from unauthorized responses. A non-admin account must access an organization-shared bookmark, exposing the owner's user ID, email address, and organization ID without granting write access.
