Code execution via scaffold-size integer overflow

Integer overflow in libexpat before 2.6.3 allows remote attackers to crash XML-processing applications or execute code on 32-bit systems. nextScaffoldPart increments m_groupSize without rejecting UINT_MAX, allowing the scaffold count to wrap before memory is grown. Exploitation requires a 32-bit build and attacker-controlled XML with a crafted DTD; impact ranges from process crash to code execution.
