Unauthenticated SQL injection via fourth message field

SQL injection in Delta Electronics DIAEnergie 1.10.1.8610 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL over TCP. CEBC.exe splits a RecalculateHDMWYC message on tildes and uses its unvalidated fourth field in database operations, allowing injected SQL statements. No authentication or user interaction is required; demonstrated consequences include changing application credentials and staging script execution as SYSTEM.
