Code execution via WRL parser over-read

Out-of-bounds read in Siemens Teamcenter Visualization and Tecnomatix Plant Simulation allows attackers to execute code via a crafted WRL file. The WRL parser reads past the end of an allocated structure when processing malformed file data. Attackers must convince a user to open the file; code runs in the current process in Teamcenter Visualization before 14.2.0.14, 14.3.0.12, or 2312.0008 and Plant Simulation before 2302.0016 or 2404.0005.
