Authenticated file disclosure via missing edbldr privilege check

Improper privilege management in EnterpriseDB EPAS 15 before 15.7.0 and EPAS 16 before 16.3.0 allows remote authenticated users to read server files. The edbldr utility accesses a supplied data-file pathname without checking whether the database role holds pg_read_server_files. A low-privileged database login and permission to invoke edbldr are required; exploitation discloses files readable by the server process without changing them.
