Path traversal in the cust module in Huawei HarmonyOS allows physically proximate attackers to compromise confidentiality and integrity. Huawei has not published the pathname-processing locus or the operation that fails to confine attacker-controlled paths within an authorized directory. Huawei's assessment requires physical access and records confidentiality and integrity consequences, while its bulletin separately reports an availability consequence.
