Code execution via misparsed quoted Git paths

Path confusion in gitoxide's gix-path crate before 0.10.11 allows local users to execute code through a misresolved Git configuration path. The installation_config functions trim quotes from nonliteral git config output without reversing escape transformations, so a different valid path can be opened. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access, victim interaction, and uncommon path or Git-configuration conditions; successful injection runs attacker-selected commands.
