Cross-site scripting in Marek Lewandowski Open Link before 1.0.7 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript via crafted link content. The plugin.js URL check strips whitespace only from the start of href values before comparing them with disallowed protocols, allowing embedded whitespace to hide a JavaScript scheme. Execution requires a user to load attacker-prepared content and activate its link, after which the script runs in the browser context and can read or alter accessible page data.
