Message decryption via weak broadcast-key password

Weak password requirements in goTenna Pro ATAK Plugin 1.9.12 and earlier allow physically proximate attackers to decrypt broadcast messages. The optional RF key-broadcast method protects the shared encryption key with a password weak enough for offline brute-force recovery after interception. Capturing that RF broadcast is required; a recovered key decrypts past and future encrypted broadcasts that use the same key.
