CVE-2024-45372Network attack vector

Router setting changes via forged management requests

Published Sep 26, 2024 · Updated Mar 25, 2025

Cross-site request forgery in PLANEX MZK-DP300N firmware 1.04 and earlier allows remote attackers to change router settings. The web management interface processes state-changing requests induced by a malicious page, but PLANEX and JVN do not identify the affected endpoint or validation failure. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to view the page and can change the login password or other router settings.
