Improper authentication in mySCADA PRO Manager before 1.3 and PRO Runtime before 9.2.1 allows remote attackers to bypass access controls. The web application uses a weak mechanism to decide whether a request originates from an authenticated and authorized resource; public advisories do not identify the affected endpoint or validation error.
