Credential disclosure via cross-domain GOAUTH reuse

Information disclosure in Go command 1.24.0-0 before 1.24.0-rc.2 allows remote attackers to obtain credentials through GOAUTH requests. The cmd/go credential cache failed to enforce domain boundaries when selecting GOAUTH headers, allowing a malicious server to receive credentials assigned to another domain. Reachability requires the command to contact an attacker-controlled HTTPS server; under the default GOAUTH setting, the exposed secrets come from the local .netrc file.
