Host data disclosure via XSLT external entities

XXE in org.hl7.fhir.core before 6.3.23 allows remote attackers to read host data through XSLT-transformed XML. Various XSLT transformation components process a malicious DTD with external entity resolution enabled and embed the resolved host resource in generated XML. Exposure requires a consuming host to accept attacker-supplied XML from external clients; the reported consequence is host-data disclosure only.
