Script execution via unsanitized JavaScript hyperlink URLs

Cross-site scripting in PHPOffice PhpSpreadsheet allows remote authenticated users to run script through crafted spreadsheet links. The Html writer copies javascript: hyperlink URLs from spreadsheet cells into generated href attributes without rejecting the executable scheme. Exploitation requires an application to render attacker-controlled spreadsheet content as HTML and a user to click the link, enabling script execution in that page's browser context.
