Reflected XSS via insufficient URL input validation
Published Sep 10, 2024 · Updated Sep 10, 2024
Reflected XSS in SAP NetWeaver AS for ABAP's CRM Blueprint Application Builder Panel allows remote attackers to run JavaScript via a crafted URL. The panel insufficiently validates URL-supplied content before returning it for browser rendering, allowing attacker-controlled script to execute in the SAP page context. Exploitation requires a victim to click the link; the script can read or modify information available to that browser session but does not interrupt the application.
