CVE-2024-45276Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Unauthenticated file disclosure via exposed temporary directory

Published Oct 15, 2024 · Updated Jan 24, 2025

Missing authentication in the web services of mbNET.mini and REX 100 2.2.13 and earlier allows remote attackers to read /tmp files. The HTTP service maps the device's /tmp directory into its web-accessible namespace without enforcing authorization, permitting direct downloads of files such as hosts and pport.enc. No account or user interaction is required, and exposed files can reveal device or network data without enabling modification or service interruption.
