Cross-site request forgery in Sky System Arfa-CMS before 5.1.3124 allows remote attackers to create a new administrator account. The admin-panel account-creation operation accepts a browser-supplied request without verifying that the authenticated administrator intentionally submitted it. Exploitation requires interaction by an administrator with an active panel session and grants control through the newly created privileged account.
