CVE-2024-45253Network attack vector

Unauthenticated file disclosure via path traversal

Published Nov 14, 2024 · Updated Nov 14, 2024

Path traversal in Avigilon VideoIQ iCVR-HD cameras allows remote attackers to read protected files through the network interface. The CNA does not disclose the affected endpoint, path parameter, or pathname-validation operation that mishandles untrusted input. No authentication or user interaction is required; the published impact is limited to confidentiality, and every release in the end-of-life VideoIQ line is affected.
