Improper input validation in FORT Validator before 1.6.3 allows remote attackers to crash the service through a malicious RPKI repository. The signed-data parser accesses elements of an empty signedAttributes set without first verifying that the set contains an element. Exploitation requires control of an RPKI repository beneath a trusted Trust Anchor; the crash interrupts Route Origin Validation, exposing routing decisions to compromise.
