Victim-browser script execution via unencoded year parameter
Published May 6, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
Reflected XSS in CampCodes Complete Web-Based School Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script via year. The attendance-history page places the year parameter into generated HTML without neutralizing executable markup. A logged-in user must induce another user to open the crafted request; the injected script runs in that user's browser under the application's origin.
